Next 23-24 April 2018, at the Scuola Grande di San Rocco in Venice, the leader of the security doors embraces art by sharing three cultural moments with architects and planners from all over the world.
The three seminars organized by Oikos Venezia will take place next 23-24 April 2018, at the Scuola Grande di San Rocco in Venice. Two days that want to strengthen the value of art, landscape and construction in a context of huge historical importance and with very distinguished guests as the architect Stefano Boeri, the art critic Philippe Daverio, the industrial designer Francesca Valan and Stefano Panozzo, Professor of Management at Ca’ Foscari University, in Venice.
During these two days of meetings, the 700 expert guests, both Italian and foreign, will have the possibility to visit the Scuola Grande di San Rocco with a specialized guide and, naturally, to attend the speakers’ interventions.
The event is made of three different moments: the Monday afternoon seminar that is alternative to the Tuesday morning seminar to which a third meeting will be added on Tuesday afternoon.
The issues which will be dealt are very important: the deep bond between culture and company, but also between architecture and management in the space planning (held by prof. Fabrizio Panozzo), the language of the color in the design field and the importance of the color as a guarantee of the harmony inside the different environments (by the industrial designer Francesca Valan), the relationship between landscape and architecture (by the architect and planner Stefano Boeri who planned the Vertical Forest in Milan) and, finally, venetian art and culture: both a local and world heritage, held by the art critic Philippe Daverio.
Once again, Oikos shows its eclectic and visionary character going beyond the pure concept of company and recognizing the importance of the culture, tradition, art and history by providing architects and engineers with a big opportunity to improve their knowledge concerning essential fields as the landscape and understand the deep bond with art and culture in general, but also with construction and company. A great moment that will give Italian and foreign experts the possibility to obtain invaluable cultural information in a location of inestimable value.
