It has been a success the 1st Oikos Convention that took place in Gruaro headquarters on Friday 11th November. More than 250 people joined it among customers, agents, internal and external collaborators, journalists and authorities: one team gathered in the event where business and culture meet.
It started with the speech of Francesca Valan – color designer – who has covered the story of colors from 50s to the future. Then Vittorio Munari – former rugby player and great motivator – spoke of ethical behavior, personal effort, team spirit and leadership. In the end, the play Slo_Dor brought theatre inside the production department of the factory. In collaboration with the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, an actor, two musicians and a videomaker told the story of the recent order came from Christchurch Mansion Museum of Ipswich, England, who asked Oikos to faithfully reproduce the imposing Eighteenth-century portal.
The convention was thus an important moment of aggregation and team collaboration, an example of forward-looking entrepreneurship and grateful to the people, the history and territory.
